The listed Georgian building has been transformed into a welcoming hotel providing modern facilities and value. Centrally located in the new town, 5 minutes walk from the East end of Princes Street.
The hotel features 161 bedrooms, 2 well appointed meeting rooms and relaxing ''Great Room'' and lounge bar. The hotel is an ideal base while on business in Edinburgh and is located within working distance of St Andrews Square, George Street and Queen Street. For weekend breaks, take time out to explore the vast choice of visitor attractions, shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues.

Limited blue badge / accessible parking at rear of hotel (charged at 5.00 per evening) car parking spaces cannot be reserved. Car parking is located nearby within ncp greenside car park. Guests are advised to park their vehicles at ncp greenside car park before coming to check in at the hotel (charged at 3.00 from 5pm until 9am and then hourly rate outside these times). Hotel guests are given 20% discount from hourly and nightly parking charges at greenside car park only.
Our check in time is strictly from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Our departure time is by 11.00am on the day of departure. For guests wishing to store luggage, a secure store is provided on level 1, adjacent to Reception. Luggage storage facilities are for in-coming guests only and with regret luggage can not be stored after the departure time.

RIVING DIRECTIONS:
FROM NORTH:
A90, head for the City Centre, Princes Street East. You will be led onto Queen St. Hotel at far end, opposite Playhouse Theatre.
FROM SOUTH:
A702 or A720, head for City Centre East, Leith, then Princes Street East. Hotel at top of Leith Walk, near Picardy Place roundabout.
CAR PARKING
The hotel is located opposite the Playhouse Theatre. Guest car parking is located within Greenside NCP Multi-storey Car Park, located on Leith Street. Exit the car park on foot towards the Omni Centre and Playhouse Theatre. Cross over Leith Walk using the pedestrian crossing and the hotel entrance is adjacent to Hertz Rent a Car. Please note that there is only limited car parking at the hotel. For assistance required guests (must be orange badge holders or similar) and parking is on a first come, first served basis. From Union Street or Broughton Street, turn on to Broughton Street Lane (back lane). The hotel car park is located along the lane.
HOTEL ENTRANCE
The hotel entrance can only be accessed by car via the West End of Picardy Place. The car parking outside the hotel is for permit holders only.
